Ideal for a partner with a proven trial and appellate background who wants to grow a litigation/securities practice from an established regional office. The firm seeks someone able to work across litigation, securities enforcement and related regulatory matters.

A portable practice or established client relationships are welcome and will be considered as part of a partner hiring plan.

Partner-level litigation experience with significant securities and/or white-collar matters.
Demonstrated trial and appellate experience handling complex commercial disputes or enforcement matters.
Strong business development skills and the ability to supervise teams and mentor junior lawyers.
Admission to the Minnesota bar or willingness/ability to transfer admission.
