Leading law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York Litigation and Technology practice. The role focuses on fintech, cyber security, corporate governance and related M&A and regulatory disputes, working across transactional and contentious matters.
The partner will build and lead client relationships, work collaboratively with teams across U.S. offices (including significant West Coast connections) and help drive business development in fintech and cybersecurity sectors.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level track record in litigation and technology-related matters, including fintech and cyber security work
- Experience advising on corporate governance and M&A-related disputes and integrations
- Proven client origination and business development capabilities
- Admission to practice in New York (or ability to become admitted)
