Lateral Partner, Litigation & Technology — Wilmington

Senior litigation partner sought to lead matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology. The role will focus on fintech and cyber-security related disputes and regulatory work, and will work closely with corporate teams on M&A and governance issues.

The team serves a national client base with an emphasis on West Coast matters; this is a senior rainmaking role that combines client-facing litigation work with cross-practice collaboration.

• Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and technology-related disputes
• Demonstrated sector expertise in fintech and cyber-security; experience advising on M&A and corporate governance matters
• Proven business development and client-management record; ability to develop and lead engagements
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in Delaware
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
