National law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Wilmington litigation team. The role is for an experienced, first-chair trial lawyer who will handle commercial and bankruptcy-related disputes and help grow a busy regional practice.

The successful candidate will lead trial and appellate matters, mentor junior litigators, and work with cross-office teams on complex, high-stakes litigation. The firm values lawyers who bring a portable practice and can contribute to business development.

Established first‑chair trial and courtroom experience in commercial litigation.
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
Strong drafting and advocacy skills; experience supervising associates.
Bar admission in Delaware or willingness to qualify; excellent client-facing and business-development capabilities.
