Leading US law firm seeks a partner to join a busy Real Estate & Construction practice in Kansas City. The role will focus on leasing, industrial/logistics and resort development projects while supporting transactional work across healthcare, renewable energy and finance matters.

The position emphasizes client-facing deal work, team leadership on complex transactions, and cross-practice collaboration with finance and energy specialists. The firm welcomes candidates with an established transactional practice; a portable book of business is helpful but not strictly required.

Established partner-level transactional background in real estate and construction matters
Experience on leasing, development and project work, ideally including healthcare and renewable energy matters
Strong client development and team leadership skills
Admission to the bar in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission)
