Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a Real Estate and Construction Litigation practice in Spokane. The role combines high‑visibility client work, courtroom and dispute resolution matters, and oversight of transactional real‑estate disputes.

You will be the senior rainmaker and practice lead locally: managing and mentoring associates, directing case strategy, and partnering with regional teams to service existing clients and win new mandates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience handling construction litigation and real estate dispute matters at partner level
• Demonstrable client development and team leadership track record
• Active bar admission and eligibility to practice in Washington
