Established global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help lead its tax practice in Atlanta. The role offers responsibility for client engagement, tax planning and advisory work across corporate and transactional matters, and collaboration with cross-practice teams on complex matters.

The ideal partner will have an existing tax practice and the ability to originate and grow business in the region. This is a visible, client-facing role with firm resources to support business development and service delivery.

Proven partner-level experience in tax law with a track record of advising on corporate and transactional tax matters.
Ability to bring and develop client relationships; portable practice and book of business welcomed.
Strong business development skills and experience working with cross-border or multi-disciplinary teams.
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; excellent writing and communication skills.
