Senior tax-litigation partner opportunity with a national U.S. law firm’s Boston office. The role focuses on advising on tax controversies and related litigation for corporate and high-net-worth clients, leading matters from strategy through trial or appellate work.

The team handles a range of federal and state tax disputes as well as contested tax issues arising in transactional and corporate contexts. The office is seeking a partner who can lead a practice group, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development.

Established tax litigation background (federal and/or state tax controversies).
Proven ability to manage and try contested matters and advise on complex tax issues.
Track record of client development; a portable practice or demonstrable business generation is welcome.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts or able to obtain admission.
