Seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and develop a tax and litigation practice in a busy Reno office. The role combines courtroom and advisory work on federal, state and local tax disputes, appeals, and related civil litigation.

The firm is looking for a partner with experience managing litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and growing a client base in the region. This role offers significant client-facing and origination opportunities and an active role in business development.

Established partner with substantial experience in tax controversy and tax-related litigation.
Strong litigation skills: motion practice, discovery, hearings, and appeals.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor associates and run case teams.
Proven business development/origination capability; portable practice welcomed.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
