Lateral Partner — Tax & Litigation, Spokane

Seeking an experienced partner to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice in the firm's Spokane office. The role combines tax controversy and courtroom work, advising clients on disputes, regulatory matters and related litigation strategy.

The partner will manage and mentor a litigation team, handle case strategy through trial and appeal, coordinate with other offices nationally, and play an active role in business development for the practice.

A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate client relationships is preferred. This position offers collaboration with a broad national platform and resources to support complex tax litigation matters.

• Licensed to practice in Washington, or ability to obtain admission.
• Significant experience in tax controversy and litigation; trial or substantial contested matter experience preferred.
• Proven client-development skills and practice leadership ability; ability to manage and mentor associates.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills and comfort coordinating nationally with other practice groups.
