We are looking for a lawyer (m/f/d) to join our IT and data law team in Cologne or Frankfurt, with or without professional experience, to take the next step together: in a team, on client mandates, with prospects, and above all with enthusiasm for the work.

Your tasks

  • Advising national and international clients on all matters of IT and data law, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, in particular software license and project agreements, cloud, SaaS, and outsourcing agreements, and general terms and conditions for digital business models and sales and cooperation agreements.
  • Providing legal support on digitalization and technology topics, in particular the law of artificial intelligence, platform regulation, and data law.
  • Advising on data protection, including representation of clients in administrative and judicial proceedings.

Your profile

  • Entrepreneurial and communicative lawyer (m/f/d)
  • Experience in IT and data law is welcome but not required
  • Above-average academic qualifications
  • Fluent business English skills
  • Enjoyment of creative, solution-oriented work and actively shaping the present and future of our clients and our firm
