Lawyer / Tax Advisor (m/f/d) – Succession Planning, Inheritance Tax & Foundations

We are seeking a qualified lawyer and/or tax advisor to join our team in Bonn, focusing on corporate succession, inheritance tax, and foundation law.

In this role, you will advise clients on complex estate planning and succession structures, combining legal and tax expertise to develop tailored solutions for high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. You will work closely with colleagues across our offices on national and cross-border mandates.

• Qualified lawyer (Volljurist) and/or certified tax advisor (Steuerberater) with relevant experience in estate planning, inheritance tax, or foundation law
• Strong understanding of corporate succession and structuring matters
• Client-focused, proactive, and team-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German; additional languages are a plus
