Litigation Associate (3-8 years)

We are seeking a talented litigation associate with 3–8 years of experience to join a dynamic and collaborative litigation practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging and groundbreaking background screening cases alongside experienced attorneys.

Ideal candidates will have strong writing and analytical skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with class actions and consumer litigation, particularly under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, is a plus.

• 3–8 years of general litigation experience
• Class action experience is a plus
• Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred but not required
• Stellar writing and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity
• High emotional intelligence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent academic credentials
• Top law firm experience or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Federal clerkship experience is a plus
