The practice advises clients on complex disputes across commercial litigation, appellate, and class action matters, combining substantive legal expertise with a collaborative, results-driven approach.

The role involves a comprehensive complex litigation skill set, including legal research, brief-writing, running document production, and managing discovery. The firm's litigators partner across disciplines to address key legal and industry issues that impact case resolution and client business goals.

The successful candidate will be a key team player who supports the growth of the practice, contributes to articles, attends speaking engagements, and participates in client development activities. JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
Admitted or eligible for admission in Massachusetts
4+ years of experience handling complex litigation matters
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and balance competing responsibilities
