Litigation Attorney — Commercial & General Litigation, Seattle

Growing national litigation team seeks attorneys for the Seattle office to handle a range of defense matters, including commercial and general litigation and personal injury defense. The role offers flexible work models, including hybrid and fully remote arrangements for eligible candidates.

Candidates will join a collaborative national practice and work alongside experienced trial attorneys on complex commercial disputes. The position provides opportunities for courtroom work, depositions, hearings and client-facing experience.

• Minimum of 3 years' litigation experience preferred; all experience levels encouraged to apply
• Admission to practice in Washington State required
• Strong litigation skills, legal research, drafting and persuasive oral advocacy
• Trial, arbitration or appellate experience preferred but not required; self-starter and team player
