Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Boston litigation team. The role focuses on leading complex commercial and civil litigation matters across trial and appellate levels, with responsibility for client relationship management and litigation strategy.

The partner will supervise associates, collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices, and play a key role in growing regional litigation capabilities. The firm values courtroom experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and expand client relationships.

Proven track record as a practicing litigator at the partner level, with substantial trial and courtroom experience.
Experience managing and mentoring associates and leading litigation teams on complex matters.
Ability to originate or bring a portable practice and to cultivate client relationships.
Admission to the Massachusetts bar (or eligibility) and familiarity with federal and state court procedures.
Strong drafting, oral advocacy and negotiation skills.
