A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced litigation partner to join its Dubai disputes team. The role will involve leading complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters across the Middle East, working with an established cross‑border practice.

The partner will take responsibility for case strategy, client relationship management and team leadership, and will work closely with colleagues across the firm’s international network. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with an established, portable disputes practice.

Partner‑level experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Proven track record of handling complex, cross‑border disputes.
Demonstrable client development and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Experience managing teams and supervising junior lawyers.
