Litigation Practice Attorney (Non-Partnership Track)

Our client, a leading law firm, seeks a litigation associate to join its Los Angeles office. This non-partnership track position offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation and class actions in a collegial, high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience, with a strong preference for German language fluency. You will handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, expert development, and trial, primarily in federal court.

Key qualifications include:

• Excellent academic credentials, strong analytical, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding case management and research abilities
• Experience with class actions and complex commercial litigation
• Admission to the California bar (or eligibility for admission in another preferred U.S. office)
