Senior technology lawyer opportunity within a market-leading Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. The role sits across multiple UK offices and focuses on large-scale technology procurements, outsourcing, cloud/SaaS, digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions.

The post-holder will lead day-to-day client matters on complex, multi-stakeholder projects, draft and negotiate sophisticated technology and commercial agreements, and supervise junior lawyers. The role offers exposure to major corporate, technology provider, financial and public-sector clients and opportunities to work on cross-practice, multi-jurisdictional matters.

Significant post-qualification experience in technology, commercial or TMT law
Strong experience advising on technology contracts, outsourcing, SaaS/cloud and digital transformation projects
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex matters and stakeholder interests
Proven client and matter management ability; enthusiasm for emerging technologies (including AI)
Experience supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development
