Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney — Dallas

Seeking a litigation-focused associate to join a large healthcare & medical malpractice practice in Dallas. The role involves defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings.

The successful candidate will handle discovery and initial pleadings, draft and argue motions, and take and defend depositions. This is a hands-on litigation role within a high-volume practice serving hospitals, clinicians, and other provider types.

• 2–7 years' post-qualification litigation experience, preferably defending medical malpractice matters
• Admission to practice in Texas
• Experience representing healthcare providers (hospitals, physicians, nurses, clinics) in state and federal court or administrative forums preferred
• Strong drafting, analytical and oral advocacy skills; comfortable with discovery, motions practice, and depositions
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work independently, and collaborate on team matters
