Join a large, multidisciplinary Dutch real estate notarial team as a Medior Kandidaat‑notaris. You will work on complex commercial real estate matters — project development, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio structuring, limited rights (erfpacht, opstal, appartementsrechten), and financing/security documentation — including cross‑border financing and semipublic/sectoral transactions (housing corporations, care and education).

The role involves close collaboration with notarial and legal colleagues across disciplines, direct client contact, and contributing to practice development. There is scope to coach more junior notaries, publish, and use technology (including AI) to improve legal workflows.

Master's in Notarieel Recht and completion (or near completion) of the Beroepsopleiding Notariaat
3–5 years’ experience as a Kandidaat‑notaris (experience outside the notariat may be considered)
Strong knowledge of property law and/or obligations law
Experience or interest in commercial real estate transactions and real estate financing (including cross‑border) is a plus
Affinity with legal tech and AI to improve processes
Fluent Dutch and strong written and spoken English
