Mid-level Associate — Banking & Finance, Luxembourg

Join a leading international law firm’s Luxembourg Banking & Finance team as a mid-level associate. The practice advises on a broad range of banking matters including syndicated lending and debt restructuring, working on cross-border transactions within an international network.

This role offers exposure to Tier‑1 banking & finance work, professional development through formal training, and opportunities to contribute to business development while working in a collaborative, multilingual team environment.

• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience in banking & finance, ideally gained in an international law firm or relevant in‑house role
• Qualified as a Luxembourg lawyer or registered as an EU foreign lawyer on List IV of the Luxembourg bar
• Fluent in written and spoken English; French and/or German are advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, client-focused commercial judgment, and the ability to manage multiple matters
• Motivated, autonomous team player with good communication and organisational skills
