Mid-level associate opportunity on a life sciences licensing team in Boston. The role focuses on intellectual property and technology transactions supporting clients in biotechnology and related life-science industries.

Typical matters include drafting and negotiating IP licenses (patent and trademark), joint development and collaboration agreements, technology and services agreements (including SaaS), distribution agreements, and technology-transfer work. The position also includes IP and technology-transaction due diligence in corporate transactions.

3–4 years' experience in intellectual property licensing, technology-transfer or technology-transaction work
Experience drafting and negotiating patent/trademark licenses, collaboration and joint-development agreements, technology/services agreements (including SaaS), and distribution agreements
Experience performing IP and technology-transaction due diligence for corporate transactions
Proven ability to work in teams and manage substantial transaction components independently; excellent written and oral communication skills
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
