Growing Real Estate team in Nashville seeks a mid-level associate to handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, purchase and sale agreements, real estate finance, reciprocal easement and development/governance documents. The role offers substantive training, hands-on deal work and opportunity for professional growth within a collegial, collaborative practice.

The team primarily represents real estate end-users with borrower-side financing work; you will work on a mix of transactional matters and development-related documentation. The group values strong drafting ability, attention to detail and a solid work ethic.

3–5 years of transactional real estate experience (acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, P&S agreements, real estate finance)
Demonstrable drafting and writing skills, strong attention to detail
Experience with reciprocal easement agreements and development/governance documents preferred
Licensed, or eligible to be licensed, to practice in Tennessee; must reside in the Nashville area by time of hire
Strong academic record and ability to work effectively on a collaborative team
