We are seeking a midlevel litigation associate with three to five years of experience in complex business litigation to join our Seattle office. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials, superb written and oral advocacy skills, and experience managing large and sophisticated litigation matters. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred, and at least one year of litigation experience at a firm is required. Admission to the Washington State Bar is required.

Our complex litigation practice represents a wide range of businesses and individuals in federal and state court proceedings, as well as in alternative dispute resolution venues.
