Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, seeks a midlevel associate to join its thriving litigation practice in Los Angeles. This role offers significant responsibility and direct client contact, working on complex commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory matters in state and federal courts.

As an associate, you will manage substantive aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, conduct legal research, draft motions and pleadings, handle discovery—including e-discovery—and support trials, arbitrations, and mediations. You will collaborate with a nationally recognized litigation team across offices, contributing to strategic, client-focused solutions and business development initiatives.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Admission to the California Bar or eligibility to waive in
Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience at a law firm or comparable environment

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
