An established management-side employment and labor law firm is seeking an Of Counsel attorney to join its Cincinnati office. This is a hybrid role handling complex employment litigation defense for employer clients.

The position involves defending agency charges of discrimination and lawsuits covering a broad range of employment-related claims, including wage and hour class and collective actions, as well as providing advice and counseling on similar issues.

The attorney will also advise and train employers on a wide range of employment laws and regulations, including anti-discrimination laws, and represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration across matters such as discrimination, contract, employment tort, wage and hour, and non-compete cases.

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
8+ years of experience in class action litigation defense work
Admitted to the Ohio State Bar and in good standing
Experience acting as Lead Counsel
Understanding of current state and federal agency enforcement techniques
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and project management skills
