Experienced employment defense lawyer sought to join a busy Baltimore litigation team. The role focuses on advising and defending employers in workplace matters, including investigations, administrative charges, state and federal litigation, mediations and arbitration.

Work collaboratively with experienced litigators, lead and supervise associates, and manage a document‑intensive caseload. The position requires strong client-facing skills, effective case management and the ability to produce high-quality, independent work.

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• 8+ years of employment/labor litigation experience preferred
• Maryland bar admission preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple, document‑intensive matters and produce independent work
• Strong written and oral communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
