Of Counsel — Employment & Labor, Baltimore

Experienced employment defense attorney sought to join a national labor & employment practice in Baltimore. The role focuses on defending employers in administrative charges, internal investigations, and state and federal litigation, and provides opportunities to oversee matters through trial, mediation and arbitration.

As Of Counsel you will work closely with litigation teams, lead and supervise associates, manage document‑intensive matters, and provide practical counseling to employer clients on workplace issues. The position requires strong case management and communication skills and the ability to handle a high-volume docket.

• JD from an accredited law school; active or eligible for MD bar admission preferred
• Approximately 8+ years of employment/labor litigation experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage and produce independent, high-quality work in document‑intensive cases
• Experience supervising and developing junior attorneys, strong organizational and oral/written communication skills
