We have part-time and limited engagement opportunities for experienced litigation attorneys to join a national law firm's defense litigation practice groups. These roles offer flexible schedules and the chance to work on a variety of matters while gaining depth of expertise and building professional connections.

Attorneys can handle assignments with autonomy, including client interactions, hearings, depositions, and trials. The firm provides mentorship, professional development, and business development support in a collaborative environment. Part-time hours can range from 25% to 100% of a full-time equivalent, with benefits available for those working at least 30 hours per week.

Openings are available in multiple states, including Arizona, California, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Nevada, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state they apply to.

Licensed and admitted to practice in the state of application and in good standing
3–10 years of civil litigation experience
Background in defense litigation, with experience in one or more of the following: employment, complex commercial, construction, healthcare, professional liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, environmental, toxic tort, product liability, or general liability
Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic background and proven research skills
Self-starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
Team player with a driven attitude
