Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in Boston. The role will involve leading complex antitrust matters, counseling corporate clients on competition issues, and representing clients in investigations and litigation.

The team handles a broad range of merger control, cartel, and civil antitrust work across industries. This is an opportunity to grow an established practice within a multidisciplinary firm while collaborating with regulatory, litigation, and transactional colleagues.

Proven partner-level antitrust practice with experience advising on merger control, investigations, and competition litigation
Strong trial and/or regulatory experience and the ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to bring or develop portable business
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s)
