Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition group in the Houston office. The role will involve leading sophisticated antitrust matters, advising corporate clients on competition law issues, and working across transactional and litigation matters.

The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and collaborating with cross-practice teams. This is a leadership role with significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to grow an existing practice within a broad platform.

Established partner with significant antitrust and competition experience.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred.
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and leading matter teams.
Strong written and oral advocacy for transactional and/or litigation matters; admission to relevant bar(s).
