Partner, Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation - Atlanta

Senior partner role for an experienced regulatory, privacy and litigation lawyer to join a major international practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on advising clients on data privacy, regulatory compliance and related litigation matters across technology and regulated-industry clients.

Responsibilities include leading matters from intake through dispute resolution, supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, and originating and expanding client relationships. The role requires strong technical expertise in privacy and regulatory frameworks plus practical litigation experience.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven experience advising on privacy/data-protection, regulatory compliance and related litigation
• Demonstrable track record of originating work and managing teams on complex matters
• Bar admission in Georgia or eligibility to be admitted; senior-level client relationship skills
