Partner — Compliance & Regulatory & Litigation — New Jersey

Seeking a partner to lead and expand a Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practice in New Jersey with a strong technology and data-privacy component. The role combines client-facing regulatory counseling with active litigation and incident-response work across regulated industries.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform and be expected to manage complex regulatory matters, litigated disputes, and cross-border/privacy issues, while mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with multi-office teams.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in regulatory enforcement, privacy/data protection and litigation
• Proven business development and client relationship track record
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (or able to waive in) and experienced managing teams on complex matters
