Search for a lateral partner to join a busy Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practice in Phoenix. The role blends regulatory investigations, enforcement defense and privacy/data-protection work, with opportunities to lead matters across technology-related regulatory issues.

The successful candidate will join a market-facing team at a well-established national firm and will work on complex, high-stakes matters for corporate clients. The role offers a platform to grow a practice, mentor junior lawyers and collaborate with colleagues across the firm's national network.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory enforcement, privacy/data-protection and related litigation.
Proven track record of managing complex investigations or contested litigation; courtroom or hearing experience a plus.
Business development skills and a desire to grow or bring portable client relationships.
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
