Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow its Compliance & Regulatory and Litigation practices in the Salt Lake City office. The role emphasizes counseling clients on regulatory risk, guiding privacy and data-protection matters, and handling complex enforcement and litigation matters.

The partner will take on a client-facing leadership role, supervising junior lawyers, developing business in the region, and collaborating with national practices on cross-border or technology-focused matters. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client-development traction are encouraged to apply.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory enforcement, compliance counseling and commercial litigation.
Significant experience with privacy & data protection and technology-related regulatory issues.
Track record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred.
Ability to lead teams, mentor associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups.
