Senior litigation partner sought to lead and grow construction and real estate disputes from the San Diego office. The role requires hands-on matter leadership, running trials and hearings, supervising associates, and providing strategic advice on high-value construction and property matters.

Expect a business-development focus: developing client relationships, cross-selling with other practice areas, and contributing to office leadership and practice strategy. Strong local market presence and a demonstrable record of bringing in work are essential.
