Leading international corporate team in Brussels is seeking a lateral partner to join and grow a busy corporate practice. The role will focus on corporate transactions and advisory work with an emphasis on competition-related matters.

The successful candidate will join a senior team and be expected to contribute at partner level on mandates, provide technical leadership, and help develop business across Belgium and the broader region. This is a visible role with firm-wide resources and cross-border deal flow.

Established corporate partner with a strong track record in corporate transactions and advisory work.
Demonstrable experience on competition/antitrust matters in Belgium or EU-wide matters.
Proven business development ability and willingness to bring or grow a portable client base.
Fluency in applicable local languages and admission to practice in Belgium or equivalent qualification.
