An established law firm is seeking to add a team of lateral partners to grow its corporate and commercial litigation platform in Minneapolis. The firm advises clients on significant, high-value commercial disputes and a broad range of corporate transactions.

The practice supports clients across several core sectors, including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, and the automotive industry. The firm is focused on acquiring cohesive teams that can expand transactional volume and strengthen its capacity to handle substantial commercial litigation.

This is a strategic, team-oriented hiring initiative. The firm is particularly interested in groups with demonstrated success on large-scale matters and the ability to bring significant client relationships with them. Candidates should have a track record of managing complex, high-stakes litigation and/or corporate transactions and be prepared to contribute to a collaborative, cross-office platform.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Minimum portable business of $5M with at least one anchor client
• Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions
• History of stable, long-term tenure (candidates with moves across more than 3–5 firms may not align with firm expectations)
