Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a busy corporate and finance practice in Boston with a strong focus on energy sector work. The role centres on M&A and transactional mandates, project development in renewables and oil & gas, and capital markets matters.

You will join a national US firm platform and be expected to originate and steward client relationships, work across transactional and energy teams, and help expand the office’s market presence.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Substantial partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets
Proven track record on energy matters, including renewables project development and oil & gas commercial work
Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to integrate with national practice teams
