Leading international law firm seek a partner to join its Dubai corporate and finance team. The role sits at the senior level and focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions across the region.

The successful candidate will lead deals, develop client relationships and support growth of an established regional practice. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to work on cross-border matters.

Proven partner-level experience in private equity and/or venture capital transactions
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong technical skills in corporate and finance matters and experience on cross-border deals
Familiarity with UAE/regional regulatory environment and commercial practice
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to work with international teams
