Partner, Corporate & Intellectual Property — Atlanta

Leading international law firm seeks a senior partner to strengthen its corporate and intellectual property capabilities in the Atlanta office. The role will focus on cross-practice work across M&A (including PE), capital markets, emerging growth/technology transactions and IP-related matters.

This is a client-facing leadership role expected to originate and manage complex transactions and advise strategic clients in life sciences, technology, financial services and energy. The successful candidate will collaborate with sector teams across the U.S. and internationally.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner with demonstrable track record in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions
• Experience advising issuers and PE clients and handling cross-border matters
• Strong client relationship and business development skills; ability to originate and grow client work
• Comfortable working in a multi-office, cross-practice platform and mentoring junior lawyers
