Major international law firm is hiring a partner to grow both high-value commercial litigation and corporate transactions from the Boston office. The role prioritizes adding established teams to expand transactional capacity alongside handling significant commercial disputes across regulated sectors.

Target sectors include life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The firm seeks candidates who can lead cross-border matters and contribute to market expansion into New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Proven track record leading complex commercial litigation and M&A/transactional matters
• Experience advising clients in life sciences, financial services, technology or energy sectors
• Demonstrated ability to bring and retain at least one anchor client; preference for team moves over single hires
