Leading international law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to build and lead a cross‑practice team in Boston combining high‑value corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation. The role emphasises both transactional work (M&A, private equity, venture capital) and bet‑the‑company litigation across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

The team will work on cross‑border matters with emphasis on key markets in the US and Europe. The firm is prioritising team or multi‑hire opportunities that materially increase transactional capacity and litigation scale rather than single‑person additions.

Established partner with demonstrable leadership running a corporate and/or commercial litigation practice.
Track record in private equity, M&A or venture capital transactions and in high‑stakes commercial litigation.
Prefer team or multi‑partner moves; proven ability to bring and integrate a portable practice or anchor client relationships.
Sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy desirable.
Strong cross‑border capability and experience handling matters in multiple US regions and Europe.
