Partner, Corporate & M&A — Washington, D.C.

Established global practice is seeking a lateral partner to help expand a busy corporate team in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work for clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy, with significant opportunities to lead cross‑practice transactions that touch on IP and technology matters.

The office is growing and seeks a partner who can both originate and manage high‑value corporate matters, work collaboratively with litigation and IP teams, and build a broader platform for emerging growth and technology transactions.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
• Demonstrated experience with technology, life sciences or financial services clients
• Proven ability to build and lead client teams and work across litigation/IP and transactional practices
