Senior hire sought for a corporate practice with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and transactional work. The role will lead deal execution, originate new mandates, and deepen relationships with strategic and corporate clients across the region.

Ideal candidate will manage teams on complex transactions, advise on structuring and negotiations, and play a visible business-development role to grow the practice. The position sits within a large, national law firm platform with cross-office resources.
