We are seeking a lateral partner to join a busy corporate practice in Wilmington. The role focuses on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for middle-market and corporate clients across sectors.

The successful candidate will lead deal teams, originate and manage client relationships, and partner with colleagues across practices and offices to deliver strategic commercial advice.

• Proven partner-track record in M&A and corporate transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship-management skills
• Experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
