Partner Corporate (Wilmington)

Seeking a senior corporate partner to lead and grow transactional work from a mid- to large-cap practice group based in Wilmington. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, general corporate transactions and corporate governance matters for a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and manage client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers. This is a visible role with significant responsibility for business development and practice strategy in the office.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and transactional work with substantial partner-level experience
• Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills
• Experience advising on corporate governance and board-level matters
• Admissions and standing to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
