Partner, Employment & Labor — Anchorage

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an Employment & Labor practice in the Anchorage office of a national US law firm. The role will combine client-facing work, litigation matters, and practice development across labor and employment disputes.

The successful candidate will join a team that handles a broad range of employment litigation and counseling matters and will act as a senior leader within the local office. This is an opportunity to shape regional strategy and expand client relationships in Alaska and the broader region.

• Proven track record in employment and labor litigation, including trial and appellate experience
• Demonstrated business development ability and experience leading a team
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
