Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an Employment & Labor practice in the Anchorage office of a national US law firm. The role will combine client-facing work, litigation matters, and practice development across labor and employment disputes.

The successful candidate will join a team that handles a broad range of employment litigation and counseling matters and will act as a senior leader within the local office. This is an opportunity to shape regional strategy and expand client relationships in Alaska and the broader region.

Proven track record in employment and labor litigation, including trial and appellate experience
Demonstrated business development ability and experience leading a team
Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to obtain admission
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
