Partner, Employment & Labor — Pittsburgh

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Pittsburgh employment & labor practice with a strong litigation component. The role will involve handling complex employment litigation, counseling corporate clients on workplace issues, and leading trial and arbitration matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to originate and develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development across the region.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level litigation and counseling experience in employment and labor matters
• Active bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted
