Senior partner-level role to lead and grow an employment and labor practice in the Rapid City office of a national US law firm. The role combines litigation and counseling work across workplace disputes, wage/hour matters, discrimination claims and collective-bargaining issues.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the local office's employment litigation capacity, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships across the region. This is an opportunity to shape a growing practice within a firm that serves a broad roster of corporate and institutional clients.

  • Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor litigation
  • Track record of originating and managing complex workplace disputes
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of associates
  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
